Grand Cayman & New York


While everyone was getting soggy on the banks of the Thames singing God Save the Queen, I was floating on my back in the Caribbean Sea to witness the Culhane-Theron nuptials. Katie and Sean exchanged vows on Seven Mile beach then treated us all to the most exquisite six course dinner at Osetra Bay. I was only there for 4 days but we also squeezed in a bit of snorkeling, a catamaran dinner cruise, a beach braai and fireworks display (compliments of Her Madge) and the world’s best brunch.
